Set up your poll in 4 simple steps
1. Choose poll type and title
Choose from our selection of ready-made polls: Find Time, RSVP Invitation, Divide Tasks, Organize Potluck, Ask Preferences. Then, come up with a concise title and off you go!
2. Set options
Depending on the poll type, you have several options: With one click, you can add date or text options. You can specify how many options participants can select, whether they can add comments, or if the poll should be public.
3. Participants respond to poll
Share the link to your personal event page via email or WhatsApp, and participants can easily submit their answers - whether they're using a mobile phone or a computer.
4. Manage responses easily
In the responses overview, you can see at a glance who prefers which date, who is participating in your event or who is bringing what. If necessary, you can also easily make corrections to the answers and add personal comments.

If I look at it from user perspective my answer is: Yes, there are good tools out there that help to find time or dates. But we believe it can be made even better, more easy to use, prettier. And we could add functionality that Doodle is actually missing.
If I answer from my personal view the truth is that we had the idea that with the latest technology and an agile mindset one can build something like Doodle or even Microsoft FindTime with much less effort and resources. You can be super efficient, competitive and even better with only two people as a side project - and have fun. This is what we wanted to prove with Whocan.
